Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

This policy explains what data xgluz.com (the “Site”) processes and why. The Site is a link directory: it offers no user accounts, no registration, and no means for visitors to submit content.

1. Data processed

When you visit the Site, the servers and network provider automatically log your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of access.

Aggregated browsing statistics are collected through analytics tools: page views, visit duration, approximate country and traffic source.

Links to third-party services pass through a redirection subdomain of the Site. That step records which link was used, for statistical purposes and affiliate attribution.

Your age confirmation and your cookie choice are stored in your browser so you are not asked again on every visit.

The Site does not request or process names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, payment details, or special categories of data.

2. Purposes and legal bases

The Site relies on its legitimate interests to deliver the service and display the Site correctly, to maintain security and prevent abuse and attacks, to attribute affiliate referrals on outbound links, and to respond to requests received by email.

The Site relies on legal obligation to apply age and geographic restrictions, and to respond to requests where the law requires it.

The Site relies on your consent for analytics and audience measurement. You can withdraw that consent at any time through the Site’s cookie panel.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies are not set until you give consent.

Necessary cookies, which do not require consent, are the following. An age confirmation cookie set by the Site, which remembers that you confirmed the minimum age and lasts 30 days. A cookie preference cookie set by the Site, which remembers your cookie choice and lasts 6 months. A cookie named __cf_bm set by Cloudflare, which distinguishes automated from human traffic and lasts 30 minutes. A cookie named cf_clearance set by Cloudflare, which records that a security check was passed and lasts up to 1 year.

Analytics cookies, which require consent, are the following. A cookie named _ga set by Google Analytics, which distinguishes visitors and lasts 2 years. Cookies beginning with _ga_ set by Google Analytics, which maintain session state and last 2 years.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the Site from working correctly.

4. Third parties involved

Cloudflare provides content delivery, caching and security. It processes requests before they reach the Site and applies geographic restrictions.

Google Analytics, operated by Google Ireland Limited, provides audience measurement. It is loaded only with consent and is configured not to be combined with advertising.

When you follow an outbound link, the destination service and its affiliate network may record the visit in order to attribute the corresponding commission. That processing is governed by those third parties’ privacy policies, not by this one.

Where the Site offers a contact form, it is hosted by an external provider outside the Site’s domain and is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

The services linked from the directory are independent. Once you leave the Site you are subject to their own policies.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers named above are established outside the European Economic Area or process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the mechanisms provided for under applicable law, including standard contractual clauses or recognised adequacy frameworks.

6. Retention

Technical and security logs are kept for a short period, limited to what is necessary for the purpose that justifies them. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s configuration, up to a maximum of 14 months. Preferences stored in your browser are kept for the periods stated in section 3.

Correspondence received by email is kept for as long as necessary to deal with it and to evidence how it was handled.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for analytics at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to the address in section 9. Note that the Site has no user accounts, so you may need to provide enough information to locate the data your request relates to.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Adults only

The Site is intended for an adult audience and is not directed at, or promoted to, any person below the applicable minimum age. Data is not knowingly collected from any person below that age.

9. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated. The version published on the Site is the version in force.
