These Terms govern your use of xgluz.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is a directory. It lists and links to third-party websites and applications. The Site does not host, produce, upload, stream or store the media content available on those third-party services.

Thumbnail images shown on the Site are promotional materials made available by the linked services for the purpose of promoting them. Links may pass through a redirection subdomain of the Site before reaching the destination service.

2. Age restriction

The Site is intended for adults only. You may not access the Site unless you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law of your location requires a higher minimum age, including jurisdictions where that minimum is 21.

By using the Site you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age in your location and that accessing this type of material is lawful where you are.

3. No user content

The Site does not offer user accounts, registration, uploads, comments, ratings or any other means for visitors to submit content. All listings are selected and published by the Site.

4. Third-party services

The Site does not own, operate or control the services it links to. The Site is not responsible for their content, their terms, their privacy practices, their age verification measures, their security, or any transaction you enter into with them.

Once you leave the Site, you are subject to the terms and policies of the destination service. Inclusion in this directory is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a guarantee of legality, safety or availability in your location. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

5. Affiliate relationships

This section constitutes the Site’s affiliate disclosure.

The Site participates in affiliate programmes operated by third parties, including the operators of listed services and affiliate networks acting on their behalf. Many of the links on the Site are affiliate links, and the Site may earn a commission when you visit a linked service, register with it, or make a purchase there. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or of any service linked from it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version published on the Site is the version in force. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the place of establishment of the Site’s operator.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
